Monday-Sunday (5:00pm-1:00am)

WEEKLY PAY!

Duties:

Dispatch guards as needed to ensure the site requirements are met.

Ability to oversee the security needs of multiple sites.

Act quickly to locate immediate/emergency relief for guards holding post.

Report callouts or absences to upper management.

Report callouts to client.

Scheduling

Confirm guards’ timely arrival with site manager.

Maintain direct communication with the client.

Communicate information for any accident/incident as needed to management.

Execute on plans to drive business outcomes.

Requirements:

Must have knowledge of security industry.

Security dispatcher experience

Ability to creatively solve problems in fast-paced environment.

Utilizing UKG systems for scheduling

Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking skills and ability to prepare reports.

Achieve results while upholding ethics, integrity, compliance, and company values.
