Job Description

HiFyve is hiring a Sr. HRIS Analyst in Sugar Land, TX!

Salary:$145K- $165K Annually

Schedule:Onsite 5 Days per Week

Location:Sugar Land, TX

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Act as primary point of contact for all Workday functions

Train team members on Workday functionalities

Create user manuals, FAQ's and SOP's

Identify opportunities for improvement with existing HR processes

Spearhead communication with HR and IT departments for continued troubleshooting and design enhancements

Manage all Workday modules including: HCM, Payroll, Absence Management, and Time Tracking

Respond proactively and effectively to all HRIS Workday issues

Education Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, Business Administration or related field

5 years of experience in Workday HRIS Systems

Certification in Workday HCM

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

HRIS Mechanic skillset needed

Proven experience managing large datasets and delivering analytics

Strong understanding of HR Processes in Manufacturing Environments
