Junior Lease Analyst

Job Description

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

Maintains documents in content repositories by organizing and managing company documents, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and adherence to guidelines.

Receive, sort, and distribute the mail as well as support the department lease administration email account to ensure timely responses.

Handle, prepare and distribute sensitive information and time sensitive correspondence in a confidential and timely manner.

Maintain contact, mailing and related addresses in MRI system.

Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Assist in departmental projects that deploy updated processes and technology to create efficiency and automate manual tasks.

Assist Lease Analysts by reviewing and summarizing contract information in MRI system as needed with the direction of lease analysts and supervisor.

Identify inconsistencies or inaccuracies in document data and report to lease analysts for corrective action.

Coordinate with legal, accounting and property management to ensure contract compliance.

Knowledge skills and abilities:

Associate degree and administrative experience preferred.

1+ years of experience in an accounting role and document review preferred.

Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.

Proven ability to follow procedures and generate a consistent work product.

Experience in multitasking and processing a high volume of documents into a document management system.

Knowledge of the use of computer software such as MS Word and Excel and a document management system.

Relationships

Report to Director of Lease Administration; communicates continuously with Executive Management and department personnel and supply accurate information to the Lease Review Analyst personnel.

Pay Range: $22.00 - $30.00 Hourly
