Award-winning Courtyard Marriott property located in the heart of Boone, offering flexible scheduling and opportunities for advancement. The Bistro offers guests and locals a casual dining experience, with healthy and fresh, made-to-order breakfast and dinner options, including a full-service bar and 24-hour Starbucks. The Bistro also offers full-service catering options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as well as an open bar, for groups using the meeting space facilities.Responsibilities:

Bartending and serving in our bistro and meeting room (catered events)

Making Starbucks coffee and specialty drinks

Preparing food and delivering to guests based on their order

Adhering to Marriott's brand standard for steps of service and local health department regulations for food safety

Overseeing transactions, stocking, and cleaning of The BistroRequirements:

Shift is 4 pm-11 pm for dinner and bar service

The schedule is Sun and Mon nights off, Tues - SatBonus Points:

Previous experience is required, and you must have a positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.
