Salary: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
Benchmark Insurance Group of Texas is seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager Lead. The Insurance Customer Service Representative is the first line of defense on all service items. This position will serve the customer by using rapport building, excellent communication, and exceptional problem-solving skills. Retention is our primary goal and we strive to provide exceptional customer service to all our clients with courtesy and professionalism.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to all inbound customer calls
Build rapport with each customer
Listens to customers' requests and inquiries
Processing incoming mail as well as department e-mail inboxes
Escalates accounts to the appropriate team if necessary
Processes policyholder transactions accurately and in a timely manner
Identifies and communicates transactions and impact to policy premium
Manages and utilizes time effectively to ensure all departments meet required service levels for improved customer satisfaction results
Develops and maintains production, procedural, and technical systems knowledge
Utilizes technical systems effectively and efficiently including desktop, office-specific phone systems, and multiple carrier websites
Performs additional duties as assigned
What you'll bring to the table:
Property and Casualty Insurance License or the ability to obtain within 60-day probation period (required)
At least 5 years of insurance customer service experience (required)
High School Diploma/GED (required)
Detail oriented
Excellent communication skills
Excellent customer service skills
Strong aptitude for computer programs including Microsoft Office (required)
AMS360 experience a plus but not required
Ability to function well in a small agency environment
Must be pro-active, a team player, and ready to hit the ground running!
