We’re looking for an HR Generalist to join our team and help us cultivate a work environment as smooth as our finest bourbon. If you’re an HR professional who loves a fun, fast-paced atmosphere and wants to make a real impact on company culture, we want you to be part of our spirited journey!

The Role:

As our HR Generalist, you’ll wear many hats. From recruitment and employee relations to benefits and compliance, you’ll be a part of a team making sure that our employees are engaged and working in an environment that reflects the care we put into every batch we produce. You’ll be a friendly face and knowledgeable resource for our team, making sure that everyone is well-supported.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Recruitment & Onboarding: We want to find the best talent out there! You'll help managers post job openings, review resumes, schedule/facilitate interviews, and welcome new employees with an onboarding experience that makes them feel like part of the distillery family from day one.

Payroll Support: Assist in processing payroll, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. You’ll ensure that our employees are paid on time, every time.

Employee Relations: Be a champion of a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Your team will handle day-to-day employee inquiries, address concerns, and mediate any issues that arise to keep things running smoothly (and help maintain the good vibes).

Training & Development: Partner with managers to assess training needs and create development plans that help our team members grow within the distillery. Whether it’s safety training or career growth, you’ll ensure our employees have the tools they need to succeed.

Employee Engagement & Well-Being: Help to plan and coordinate employee engagement initiatives, including team-building activities, wellness programs, and social events. Happy employees are the heart of our distillery.

And Anything Else You Can Think Of: As an HR Generalist in a growing distillery, you’ll get to contribute to a variety of HR projects and initiatives that help shape the workplace of tomorrow. Whether it’s helping out with a last-minute staffing need or brainstorming new ways to boost morale, no two days will be the same. Requirements:

Who You Are:

Experienced: You’ve got 3+ years of experience in HR, ideally in manufacturing or food/beverage industries.

People-Person: You genuinely care about people and creating a positive work environment. You know how to handle sensitive situations with care and professionalism.

Organized & Efficient: You thrive in a fast-paced environment, and you’re a master at juggling multiple tasks while keeping everything in order.

Great Communicator: Whether it’s writing policies or just having a conversation, you know how to communicate effectively and clearly with all types of people.

Problem Solver: You approach HR challenges with creative solutions and a positive attitude. You’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves and dig into the details.
