JOB SUMMARY

Support the 2025 Compliance Project.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Data Collection

Scan physical files located in Ohio

Place I9 materials in the appropriate Shared Folder

Place employee personnel materials in the appropriate Shared Folder

Record Keeping

Update the Inventory of what materials we have for each electronic file created

Electronic File Uploading

Take personnel materials from Shared folder and upload into each employee’s electronic personnel file

Auditing

Review selected current employee electronic personnel file & record which employees are missing I9 forms

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES FOR SUCCESS

Attention to Detail

Ability to work independently and responsibly

Proficient with Microsoft programs as well as Shared Folders

BASIC EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Must be enrolled as a full-time college or graduate student for the fall of 2025

At least 18 years of age prior to the start of the internship assignment
