Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Deliver responsive, on-site support for a wide range of end-user devices including PCs, tablets, scanners, and printers.

Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues, particularly with Cisco-based systems.

Maintain and support HP and Zebra printers, resolving issues to avoid production downtime.

Respond to service tickets and user requests efficiently, ensuring smooth manufacturing operations.

Collaborate closely with both IT support teams and plant operations staff to streamline system performance.

Assist with PC builds, installations, and ongoing support for plant floor technology.
