Are you a passionate Process Engineer looking to grow your career, contribute to impactful projects, and learn alongside a dynamic team? Euclid is seeking a motivated engineer to join our manufacturing operations team and help us drive excellence in production capability and compliance.

What You'll Do

As a Process Engineer at Euclid, you will play a key role in enhancing our manufacturing operations by developing, implementing, and sustaining effective and compliant processes, procedures, and equipment. Your responsibilities will include:

Investigating and resolving manufacturing process improvement opportunities through structured experimentation, root cause analysis, and problem-solving. Lead CAPAs.

Planning and executing manufacturing improvement projects to achieve KPI goals, focusing on safety, reducing variability, improving lead times and outputs, and increasing labor and equipment efficiency.

Designing, implementing, and validating new processes and equipment to expand manufacturing capabilities.

Developing and managing project plans and schedules for work activities.

Collaborating with Production to establish and implement standard work practices, training programs, and preventative maintenance for key manufacturing processes.

Creating and executing comprehensive process and equipment verification and validation test plans, including determining sample sizes for assigned projects.

Leading root cause analysis for issues identified during validation testing, customer complaints, or production yield losses.

Supporting management in identifying and acquiring equipment to enhance production operation capability and capacity.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in an applicable engineering discipline

3+ years of experience in an engineering role (preferred)

Experience implementing Lean and Six Sigma practices (preferred)

Medica device industry experience and knowledge of regulations (required)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proven ability to lead and prioritize multiple medium-complexity projects and deliver results on time
