Position Summary:

We’re seeking a professional and organized Office Administrator to manage the daily operations of our design showroom. As the only administrative staff member, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and creating a strong first impression for every client and visitor. For the right candidate, this position may grow into a Kitchen & Bath Designer role through hands-on learning and training.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist clients, vendors, and walk-in visitors

Schedule appointments for design and sales staff

Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries

Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked office environment

Keep accurate customer and vendor records

Track and order office and job site supplies

Support clients with material selections when needed

Qualifications:

Dependable, detail-oriented, and efficient

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work independently and within a team

Proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook (required)

Neat and professional appearance for a client-facing role

Interest in home design or renovations is a plus

Must be eligible to work in the United States

Preference given to candidates who live within a reasonable commuting distance to Vienna, VA

Job Details:

Type: Full-Time, On-Site

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Lunch Break: 1 hour daily (12:00 PM – 1:00 PM)

Starting Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour, based on experience

Health Insurance: Available

PTO: 2 weeks paid time off after 1 year

Holidays: Office closed on New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day
