Location: Williston, Vermont,

Job description :

Position Highlights:

Full lifecycle recruiting (exempt & non-exempt)

Collaborate with hiring managers to define staffing needs

Source, screen, and recommend top talent

Maintain recruiting compliance (AAP/EEO)

Use of ATS (Automated Employment system)

Occasional local travel required

What We're Looking For:

5+ years of professional recruiting experience

Strong understanding of federal/state employment laws

Highly organized, deadline-driven, and adaptable

Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel & Access

Bachelor’s degree preferred

Hours: Mon–Fri, 8:00am–4:30pm

Location: Williston VT, 05495 (onsite at client facility)
