Job Title: Senior IT Manager

Location: Burbank, CA (Hybrid – 2 days onsite in the Valley)

Compensation: $175,000–$185,000 base + bonus

Industry: Regulated/Government Sector (e.g., healthcare, banking, defense)

About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior IT Manager to lead an experienced Infrastructure Engineering team. You'll guide critical enterprise infrastructure programs, including an IAM (Identity and Access Management) implementation, while ensuring compliance with strict government and regulatory standards.

What You’ll Do

Lead and mentor a self-sufficient Infrastructure Engineering team (7 direct reports).

Drive implementation of Sailpoint, Saviynt, Okta, or similar IAM tools. (they use sailpoint but open to similar tools)

Manage large-scale, complex IT programs within a regulated environment (CMMC, NIST, etc.).

Own enterprise-wide infrastructure strategy in a Microsoft-centric environment.

Maintain compliance with government security and operational requirements.

Collaborate across departments to improve infrastructure reliability and scalability.

Key Requirements

Experience leading IT teams in an enterprise environment (3,000+ employees).

Proven ownership of enterprise-level IT programs, ideally in a regulated industry.

Expertise in Microsoft-based infrastructure, including:

Active Directory (on-prem & Azure AD)

Enterprise Messaging (Exchange, Office 365)

File and Print Services

Citrix

Quest Tools (ActiveRoles, Change Auditor, Enterprise Reporter)

Ideal Candidate

An early-career manager or rising leader with strong technical depth and a proactive, compliance-driven mindset.

Comfortable driving programs independently while collaborating with senior leadership.

Brings both strategic vision and operational execution.
