The Laboratory Technician will assist in the rearing of insects for research purposes.

Laboratory Technician Responsibilities:Insect colony maintenance – feeding, cleaning cages, diet prep, etc.

Participating in greenhouse activities.

Assisting with laboratory experiments and supporting field research – data collection, weed removal, infesting trials, etc.

Taking proper safety precautions while working in the lab and potentially in the field.

Following and maintaining the ISO Quality Management Standards.

Laboratory Technician Requirements:High School Diploma Required.

Greenhouse or laboratory experience preferred.

Experience working in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication skills.
