Job Summary:

We’re seeking a skilled Release Train Engineer (RTE) with strong expertise in CI/CD pipelines, Git, and deployment management. This role will lead Agile Release Trains (ARTs), facilitate SAFe ceremonies, and drive consistent, reliable software delivery across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead SAFe events (PI Planning, ART Syncs, etc.) and manage ART delivery.

Set up and manage CI/CD workflows and ensure Git best practices.

Oversee deployments and coordinate hotfixes between releases.

Establish ownership and consistency in the deployment process.

Coach teams on Agile and SAFe practices; manage risks and dependencies.

Required Skills:

Strong experience with CI/CD tools and Git source control.

Proven RTE or Agile leadership experience.

Deep knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and SAFe frameworks.

Skilled in tools like Jira, Rally.

Excellent facilitation and communication skills.
