TECHEAD is seeking an entry-level NOC Technician (or Network Technician) to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates who are fairly new to IT but bring a strong service-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform cable runs and assist with network cable installations.

Support basic network switch configuration and troubleshooting.

Provide Tier 2 Helpdesk support to internal users as needed.

Monitor and report on business computing systems performance and issues.

Assist with Windows system management and Microsoft 365 administration (preferred but not required).

Participate in established IT processes and procedures.

Maintain a professional, service-first approach in all user interactions.

What We’re Looking For:

Familiarity with computers at a power-user level.

Exposure to scripting or automation is a plus.

Some understanding of Windows and Microsoft 365 environments is beneficial.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Prior work experience in non-IT fields with a strong customer service focus.

Willingness to learn and grow within an IT environment.

Reliable and able to work full-time onsite.
