Job description:

As an experienced FactoryTalk® PharmaSuite® Consultant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and optimization of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) in a regulated pharmaceutical environment. Acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for FactoryTalk® PharmaSuite®, you will support daily operations and contribute to the design, development, and validation of Electronic Batch Records (EBRs).

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the SME for Rockwell FactoryTalk PharmaSuite MES, providing daily operational support.

Gather and analyze user requirements to design effective MES solutions.

Design, develop, author, and configure Electronic Batch Records (EBRs) to meet production and regulatory standards.

Document MES configurations, changes, and testing procedures.

Conduct testing and validation of EBRs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and operational excellence.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve technical challenges.

Participate in the on-call rotation to provide timely support as needed.

Qualifications

Proven experience with Rockwell FactoryTalk PharmaSuite MES is required.

Strong understanding of MES in pharmaceutical manufacturing environments.

Expertise in designing and configuring Electronic Batch Records.

Experience with system documentation, testing, and validation processes.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to work on-site in North Carolina, USA.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in regulatory compliance within the pharmaceutical industry (e.g., FDA, cGMP).

Familiarity with system integration and automation processes.

Compensation:

Relocation assistance

Rate per hour range $50 – $95 according to experience.
