Job Description:

This international financial services industry leader has an immediate 6-month contract-to-hire opportunity for a Product Owner. This position requires working onsite 2 days per week (Tuesdays, Wednesdays) in Arlington or Irving/Las Colinas, TX. The Product Owner will be responsible for standing up Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) from scratch, which will be the primary platform for customer communications, including email, SMS, and push notifications. This includes building out features in the Azure environment, writing PBIs and tasks (though task assignment is not part of the role). This team has a heavy focus on regulatory compliance and customer account management, all related to customer account management. The overall long-term goal is to help the company communicate with customers effectively, taking into account individual preferences and needs.

Required Skills & Experience

2-4 years of Product Owner experience.

1-2 years of Adobe Stack experience, preferably Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), or Adobe Campaign Experience.

Azure experience is strongly preferred.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Requires one of the following Agile Certifications:

Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO)

Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO-PO)

SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager(POPM)

SAFe Agile Product Management (APM)

What You Will Be Doing

Will be responsible for standing up Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), from scratch, which will be used for customer account management and regulatory compliance.

Gathering Requirements: A significant part of the role will involve gathering requirements, which will be extensive.

Collaboration: The Product Owner will work closely with legal and compliance teams to address any roadblocks, as well as coordinate with developers to ensure project progress.
