Job Title: Packager

Location: Holdrege, NE 68949

Shift details: Multiple Shift

Essential Responsibilities (included but not limited to):

Follow all company safety rules, regulations, and job safety analysis

Must complete plant lockout procedures and key interrupt

Fill and operate the shelf carton erector and clear minor jams

Responsible for the quality of the product, including but not limited to

Discarding obviously defective packages, removing and saving syringes.

Checking packaging for correct count

Checking for damage to the syringe

Inserting brochures as required

Palletizing finished product and attaching the proper pallet card

Operating a semi-automatic tape machine

Performing minor duties not requiring mechanical attention

BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

High school Diploma or GED

Read, write, and speak English

Manufacturing Experience

No job hopping or unjustified job gaps

If a candidate has previously worked as a contractor or direct hire, this must be identified in the submitted recruiter notes.

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

Good hand-eye coordination and repetitive hand, wrist, and arm movement

Keep work area clean

Regular attendance

Perform other duties as assigned by the Team Leader and required to support the needs of the business.
