Job Title: Mid to Senior Drafter

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Drafter with mid-to-senior level experience to create detailed technical drawings and plans for manufacturing and construction projects. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in CAD software, a deep understanding of drafting standards, and the ability to collaborate with engineers and designers to bring concepts to life.

Key Responsibilities:

Create accurate, detailed technical drawings and schematics using CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Revit, etc.).

Work with engineers and design teams to develop drawings that meet project specifications and standards.

Modify existing drawings based on project revisions or feedback.

Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., GD&T, ANSI) and company-specific drawing requirements.

Prepare and maintain documentation, including drawings, specifications, and bills of materials (BOMs).

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support design and production processes.

Qualifications:

Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in drafting, engineering, or a related field.

3-5+ years of drafting experience in [specific industry, e.g., mechanical, civil, architectural].

Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Revit, etc.).

Strong understanding of drafting standards, GD&T, and technical drawing conventions.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.
