We are looking for a driven, customer-focused Key Account Manager to join our clients high-performing team and lead strategic partnerships with major automotive OEMs. In this role, you will serve as the commercial lead for key accounts, managing relationships, growing business, and delivering innovative solutions across electrification, lighting systems, and advanced electronics.

This is a unique opportunity to work within a global, future-forward Tier 1 supplier, collaborating with engineering, program management, and product innovation teams to drive value at the forefront of mobility technology.

What You’ll Do:

Own and grow strategic OEM accounts (e.g., Ford, GM, BMW, VW, or others depending on background)

Lead end-to-end commercial activities: RFQs, contract negotiations, pricing, and long-term agreement management

Partner closely with internal teams (engineering, quality, finance) to ensure flawless product delivery and commercial alignment

Identify new business opportunities within assigned accounts and drive the pursuit of platform awards and new programs

Monitor account performance, sales forecasts, and revenue targets while delivering on profitability goals

Serve as the primary voice of the customer internally and the face of the company externally

What You Bring:

5–10+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management (Tier 1 experience preferred)

Strong understanding of OEM sales cycles, RFQ processes, and platform/program business

Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to manage complex commercial relationships

Technical aptitude — experience working with electronics, lighting, sensors, or EV-related components is a plus

Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Bachelor's degree required; technical or engineering background a plus; MBA is an advantage
