Role Description

The Telecom Construction Field Supervisor will be responsible for managing day-to-day field operations, overseeing technicians and contractors, ensuring project efficiency, and maintaining high-quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and hands-on experience in cable and fiber installation, as well as the ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

Supervise local individuals or contractors as determined by local management.

Must have 2-3 years of cable industry experience.

Georgia Foreman License preferred.

Act as the primary point of contact with the local MSO (our customer), ensuring relationships are maintained and developed.

Manage day-to-day field operations for an assigned team, communicate with local support staff, and resolve issues as they arise.

Enforce client safety standards by conducting random safety site inspections.

Perform other duties as assigned.
