Configuration Management Analyst

JustinBradley’s client, a global payment processing company, is seeking a Configuration Management Analyst to support the implementation of customized production configurations for both existing and new customers. This role plays a critical part in integrating new products into the global implementation framework and advising internal partners on implementation strategies and release planning. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in configuration projects, technical problem-solving, and compliance support.

Responsibilities:

Execute and support configuration projects under direct supervision.

Assist in investigating and resolving internal customer issues.

Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvement opportunities.

Gain experience with internal controls and compliance requirements including SOX, SOC1, and business continuity efforts.

Provide guidance and support to less experienced team members when needed.

Support release planning and coordination efforts with internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

1–3 years of experience in configuration or implementation support roles.

Proven ability to assist in technical issue investigation and resolution.

Exposure to compliance frameworks and internal audit processes is a plus.

Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Foundational knowledge in data analysis and ability to interpret technical data sets.

Familiarity with project management principles and tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, or MS Project).

Demonstrated ability to work effectively under guidance and contribute to team-based initiatives.
