Electrical Test Engineer

Job Title: Test Engineer

Job Type: Contract

Location: Long Beach, CA

Salary Range: 50-75 Per Hour with potential negotiation based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors

Interview Process: 1 Virtual Interview

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform WCCA testing per military and industry standards (MIL, ASTM, TIA, EIA)

• Review test results with SMEs, update designs, and write WCCA reports

• Run derating analysis per EEE-INST-002

• Set up and operate test equipment for various environments

• Troubleshoot electronics using scopes, analyzers, and TDRs

• Document test results and corrective actions clearly

• Work with engineers and customers on product development and improvement

• Support root cause analysis and design verification

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering or related field

• 4+ years in WCCA or test engineering

• Knowledge of electrical/environmental testing and standards
