Litigation Associate Attorney – Real Estate & Construction Focus (3+ Years' Experience)

Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid)

Full-Time Permanent

Compensation: $220,000+ (Commensurate with Experience)

Key Responsibilities:

Manage litigation caseloads from intake through trial or resolution.

Represent clients in court, depositions, and mediations.

Draft motions, pleadings, discovery, settlement agreements, and legal memoranda.

Conduct legal research and develop case strategies.

Work closely with clients, experts, and opposing counsel.

Qualifications:

J.D. from an accredited law school and active California Bar membership.

At least 3 years of litigation experience required.

Proven experience in landlord-tenant law, real estate disputes, and/or construction litigation.

Exceptional writing, research, and oral advocacy skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
