Job Title: Entry-Level QC Lab Technician

We are currently seeking candidates with a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry or Food Science for an entry-level role in our Quality Control (QC) Laboratory. Relevant lab technician or internship experience is preferred, but not required—we will provide full training for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:
Taste and evaluate flavor batches to ensure products meet established sensory and quality standards.
Assist with routine lab testing procedures and document results accurately.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the QC lab.
Record and communicate batch quality data in accordance with internal protocols.
Collaborate with production and R&D teams to support consistency and continuous improvement.
Adhere to all safety, hygiene, and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Food Science, or a related field.
A strong sensory palate and interest in flavor tasting is essential.
Confident, dependable, and eager to learn.
Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
Relevant lab experience or internships are a plus.
Must be comfortable tasting a variety of flavor formulations daily.
