Position: Paralegal

Location: Lake Oswego, OR

Pay: $25-28/hr

We’re hiring a Creditor’s Rights Paralegal to support a busy litigation team in Lake Oswego, OR. This role is ideal for someone comfortable working in a bankruptcy/foreclosure setting and eager to contribute to a high-volume legal environment.

What You’ll Do:

Support litigation through document drafting, filing, calendaring, and research

Manage case files and court deadlines (OR & WA courts)

Work closely with multiple attorneys; strong communication and organizational skills are key

What You’ll Bring:

2–3 years of litigation experience in a law firm

Proficiency in Word, Outlook, Excel (Prolaw preferred)

Fast and accurate typing (50+ WPM)

Bonus: Experience in creditor’s rights, HOA law, or bankruptcy

Details:

Full-time, $25–28/hr (flexible for experience)
