Power Validation Engineer

Position: Power Validation Engineer

Location: Sunnyvale, CA – 100% Onsite

Job Type: Fulltime

Exp: 6 – 12 years

Job Responsibilities:

Execute power measurement tests using multimeter and power analyzers

Android Debug Bridge: Utilize ADB to debug and troubleshoot, log analysis, and crash dump triage

Develop and implement automated scripts/workflows to streamline the power measurement process: ADB debugging, NI-DAQ data collection

Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze and interpret data from firmware logs, and power data. Creating summary reports

Experience in Power consumption measurement of various device use cases done in on-site lab environment.

Debugging power regressions by analyzing electrical results and device logs.

Ability to network, build relationships and drive effective decision-making across multiple functions and levels within the organization.

Highly organized, able to prioritize and balance multiple work streams to tight deadlines.

Strong knowledge in Electronics circuits and familiar with Circuit simulation tools.

Experience on hardware testing with small form factor PCBs.

Good knowledge on Microprocessors/Controllers and digital communication protocols.

Strong analytical and communication skills.
