Embedded Firmware Test Engineer – You Break It So Customers Don’t

You’ll be the person who tests the stuff that makes the rest of the company look good.

Because without someone stress-testing embedded firmware before it ships, things break. And when things break in refrigeration systems, it gets expensive. Fast.

This company – a global player with R&D – needs someone who knows how to write and run automated and manual test cases (Python, LabView, Robot Framework), poke at firmware using RS232 commands, and log bugs like a machine.

You’ll work with the people who design it, install it, and fix it when things go wrong. Preferably before the customer ever finds out.

You’ll need experience with embedded systems, a decent handle on test strategies (regression, integration, exploratory, etc.), and the ability to translate firmware hiccups into tickets that get fixed. If you’ve used Azure DevOps, even better.

The team is agile (actually agile, not just standups for show). The tech is serious. And so are the expectations – this kit ends up in mission-critical environments.
