What You’ll Do:

· Lead impactful projects involving stormwater management, erosion control systems, and grading/site plans for new industrial facilities and expansions.

· Navigate regulations like a pro, coordinating state and local permitting and approvals with precision.

· Advise and influence—you may even present expert testimony at municipal planning and zoning hearings.

· Design with purpose: Translate client goals into innovative, cost-effective engineering solutions that meet environmental and regulatory standards.

· Work cross-functionally with talented engineers, scientists, and consultants in a high-energy, team-focused environment.

· Grow client relationships while helping expand the firm's market presence through smart business development.

· Mentor junior staff and share your knowledge to build future engineering leaders.

What You Bring:

· Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.

· 5+ years of diverse engineering experience in both the public and private sectors.

· A passion for solving complex site development and stormwater challenges.

· PE license in PA and NJ strongly preferred (bonus points for DE, MD, or NY).

· Proven ability to manage projects from proposal through completion—on time, on budget, and with outstanding results.
