The Opportunity:
Looking for an accomplished professional with a successful track record of being responsible for month-end close activities through to financial statements for a small to mid-sized company. From managing staff to working with executives, operations, and more, the role is well rounded and will be actively involved in all financial decisions for the company.
We are conducting a search for a highly successful and growing technology based service provider located in Orange County, CA. This is an opportunity to serve as the right hand to the Executive Team, report to the VP Controller and work closely with the CEO and other members of the 10 person (and growing) accounting team. This person will focus on all things accounting, while focusing on creating value and ensuring financial strength and improving operational efficiency as the business grows. The company is very successful, almost recession proof, acquiring other companies (5 in the last year) and is youthful in spirit; the people are extremely smart and educated, you would report to a CPA, and yet they pride themselves on being relatable, reasonable, approachable and with a uniformity of desire to do excellent work both in the local community and around the world.
