Territory Sales Representative (North Carolina)

Based out of Raleigh or Charlotte

About Us:

Aegis Worldwide is partnered with a leading manufacturer and distributor of power tools and they are looking for a Territory Sales Representative to join their Paint Division team and cover their North Carolina Territory. As our client continues to grow, they are looking for energetic and ambitious individuals to join their dynamic sales team. Ideal candidates will have 1-3 years of sales experience with a tangible product, be local to the Raleigh or Charlotte area, and be comfortable with 80% travel throughout the state.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Territory Sales Representative to help grow our clients market presence across North Carolina. This is an ideal opportunity for a recent graduate looking to launch their career in sales. In this role, you will be responsible for building relationships with contractors, retailers, and distributors, promoting our products, and driving sales within your assigned territory. This position involves up to 80% travel across the state.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers within the territory

Promote and demonstrate paint and coating products to contractors, retailers, and distributors

Conduct product training and support for customers and partners

Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall regional growth

Monitor market trends and report competitive activity

Coordinate with internal teams including marketing, logistics, and customer service

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM tools

Attend industry trade shows and regional events as needed

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (recent graduates encouraged to apply)

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Willingness and ability to travel extensively (up to 80%) within North Carolina

Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed

Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Preferred but Not Required:

Previous internship or experience in sales, customer service, or the coatings industry

Familiarity with CRM software and basic sales tracking tools
