Job Description:
We are seeking experienced Oracle Fusion Functional Consultants to support a large-scale data architecture and ERP migration project. The consultants will be responsible for advising on data architecture and integration strategies, ensuring seamless functionality across Oracle Fusion, Netsuite, and associated reporting systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and provide strategic guidance on ERP and data architecture migration from existing Netsuite/Snowflake structures to Oracle Fusion.
Consult on data usage policies, especially around legacy Netsuite data and its representation in dashboards and analytics.
Provide expertise in mapping data tables and business functionalities to Oracle Fusion equivalents.
Advise on BI strategy, with emphasis on BICC/BDI and dashboards.
Participate in defining FDI system requirements.
Offer strategic insights into data modeling, financial reporting, and revenue recognition processes.
Recommend best practices for integrating Salesforce and Oracle Fusion data.
Provide functional knowledge across financials and procure-to-pay processes.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to define and support BI tool implementations, including Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Sigma, etc.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Oracle Fusion Functional Consultant
Deep understanding of financials and procure-to-pay use cases
Experience with Snowflake and general data warehousing concepts
Strong data mapping expertise and familiarity with Salesforce and Oracle Fusion data structures
Working knowledge of BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, Looker, and Sigma
Solid grasp of financial reporting, revenue recognition, and compliance requirements
Experience with dashboarding and BI design strategy (BICC/BDI)
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
