Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced AS Built GIS Analyst to join our team. This role will focus on creating and maintaining accurate geographical information system (GIS) data from as-built documentation and field surveys.

Key Responsibilities:

Convert as-built drawings and field survey data into GIS formats

Perform quality control checks on GIS data and maintain data integrity

Create and update detailed maps and spatial databases

Collaborate with field teams to verify asset locations and attributes

Document GIS processes and maintain technical documentation

Support data migration and integration projects

Analyze spatial data to identify patterns and relationships

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in GIS, Geography, Engineering, or related field

3+ years of experience in GIS analysis and mapping

Proficiency in ESRI ArcGIS products and related GIS software

Experience with CAD software and as-built drawing interpretation

Strong understanding of coordinate systems and spatial references

Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in utility, oil & gas, or infrastructure industries

Knowledge of GPS data collection and processing

Programming experience (Python, SQL)

GISP certification

Field data collection experience
