About the Role:
We are seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead Dev Kit development initiatives. This role requires strong cross-functional leadership, planning, and communication skills to align engineering efforts with business priorities, drive execution, and ensure timely delivery of scalable, high-quality Dev Kit solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive early-stage planning activities in collaboration with engineering, planning, and other stakeholders—ensuring comprehensive Engineering Documentation (e.g., HAS) and Technical Readiness Planning.
Collaborate with Marketing, Planning, and Business Units to influence board design priorities and ensure alignment with schedules and efficiency targets.
Lead the definition and validation of Dev Kit requirements from a System Solutions perspective, ensuring full stakeholder buy-in beyond the core R&D team.
Manage cross-functional alignment across hardware (boards), FPGA design, software, testing tools/scripts, and system-level validation to ensure project cohesion.
Define, develop, and track the Dev Kit Development Schedule, managing all associated dependencies to meet milestones and delivery timelines.
Ensure Dev Kit deliverables adhere to standardization guidelines across boards, IP, software images, and system components for scalability and reuse.
Specify system example design methodologies and constraints for integration on Dev Kits.
Coordinate with R&D teams and Contract Manufacturers to manage efficient execution and delivery.
Represent the Dev Kit R&D team in core project meetings, acting as the central point of contact for all project-related updates and escalations.
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience in Technical Program Management with a strong understanding of hardware and system development, preferably in FPGA or semiconductor industries.
Strong background in project planning, execution tracking, and stakeholder communication.
Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills; ability to align diverse teams and drive consensus.
Experience working with hardware, software, and system validation teams.
Familiarity with standardization principles and scalable Dev Kit architecture.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities.
