Our client, an established owner operator of class A office and mixed-use assets, is looking for a Commercial Assistant Property to join a fast paced team that manages the day to day operations of a class A office asset in San Francisco. This is a great opportunity to learn and grow within a w top notch organization. Your responsibilities will include managing tenant relations, overseeing property maintenance, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a background in property management or real estate administration, and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our tenants.

Key duties and qualifications include, but are not limited to:

Assist in managing day-to-day operations of the property, including tenant relations and lease administration.

Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance requirements.

Handle tenant inquiries and complaints professionally, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.

Maintain accurate records of contracts, leases, and other legal documents related to property management.

Assist Property Manager with CAM Reconciliations.

Develop good tenant relations for the purposes of compliance and tenant retention. Anticipate and respond to tenant needs demonstrating professionalism, courtesy, and sensitivity in all contacts.

Administer access requests by tenants, vendors and contractors.

Maintain current certificates of insurance (COI) for tenants and vendors as they become available and receive COI for non-contracted vendors on behalf of tenants.

Serve as primary liaison between tenants, engineering, security and janitorial staff, etc. and manage relationships with vendors and service providers.

5 days on-site per week.

Key Qualifications include:

3+ years of commercial property management experience. Class A multi-tenant office experience a plus.

Familiarity with MRI, or similar property management software is a plus.

CPM, RPA designation a plus

Strong understanding of sales techniques and upselling strategies.

Excellent communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette and customer service.

Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing contracts and documentation.
