At least 7 years of experience in Information Technology.

Project Management Skills: Ability to plan, schedule, and manage project resources effectively. Proficient in managing timelines and coordinating multiple communication initiatives simultaneously.

Data Analysis Proficiency: Skilled in analyzing data using tools like SQL and Python. Capable of assessing communication needs and evaluating the effectiveness of communication strategies

Technical Knowledge in Business Intelligence: Understanding of Business Intelligence concepts and techniques.

Communication Skills: Capable of conveying technical information clearly to stakeholders.

Leadership and Team Management: Ability to lead teams and foster collaboration.

Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile practices for managing projects.

Problem-Solving Skills: Strong aptitude for identifying issues and generating solutions.

Stakeholder Management: Skilled in managing stakeholder expectations and feedback.

Risk Management: Ability to identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Business Acumen: Understanding of business processes to align projects with organizational goals.

Interpersonal Skills: Excellent ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Training Development: Experience in designing and facilitating training sessions to support user understanding of new systems or processes.

ETL Process Management: Expertise in Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes to integrate data from various sources.

Preferred Qualifications:

Proven experience working in Auto Aero domains

At least 2 experience with Databricks

CI / CD exposure

Strong communication and Analytical skills

Ability to work in teams in a diverse, multi-stakeholder environment comprising of Business and Technology teams

Experience and desire to work in a global delivery environment
