Litigation Paralegal

Our client is a top AmLaw firm looking for a Litigation Paralegal in Silicon Valley (although travel to other close CA offices as needed)

Key Responsibilities:

The Litigation Paralegal will support complex, high-profile matters in areas such as commercial litigation, intellectual property, M&A, securities, and investigations.

Hybrid: 3 days in the office

Silicon Valley office - travel to SF office as needed

Background:

The role will primarily focus on general litigation. They have recently added a large IP group—including some partners based in California—so they would ideally like someone with both general and IP litigation experience.

3+ years of paralegal experience in complex, multi-party litigation, with strong project management, attention to detail, and proficiency in legal research and document handling (including discovery and trial prep).

Compensation: Comprehensive benefits program and a salary range of $110,000-$115,000
