Litigation Paralegal

Our client, a national law firm, is seeking a talented Litigation Paralegal

Salary: $85k-$105k

Location: Miami, Charleston, SC, Atlanta, GA, Raleigh, NC, Winston Salem, NC, Baltimore, Washington DC

Schedule: First 90 days 100% on site and then Hybrid 3/2

Experience: Minimum of 5 years

Education: 2-4 year degree and paralegal certificate (strong work experience may be substituted for education)

Billable Hours: 1500-1600 hours

Responsibilities:

Prepare drafts of pleadings, notices, and motions under the guidance of attorneys

Assist in preparing deposition notices, organizing deposition materials, exhibits, and summaries.

Manage case files

Manage and track discovery, preparation and service of document productions

Participate in litigation strategy meetings

Qualifications

5 years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal

Strong critical thinking skills and ability to handle complex legal matters

Proficiency in utilizing technology and willingness to learn new software

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to enhancing teamwork, client services, and efficiency

Knowledge of Complex Commercial Litigation
