Job Title : Service Now Developer

Location: 2500 lake cook road Riverwoods IL 60018 (Onsite)

Duration : 3 Months contract to Hire

Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled developer to join our team, the ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing and implementing solutions on ServiceNow platform to support business processes across various departments.

This role requires a strong understanding of ServiceNow best practices, modules(ITSM, HRSD), scripting capabilities.

Key responsibilities :

Design and develop applications, modules and workflows within ServiceNow using JavaScript, Glide API and flow designer

Implement and maintain core platform components of HRSD module

Develop/Maintain integrations between SNOW and other systems using REST/SOAP API, MID Servers and Integration Hub

Customize ServiceNow forms, lists, UI Policies, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client scripts and schedules jobs

Perform platform upgrades and patch managements, ensure compatibility and minimizing disruptions

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow functionality and integrations

Participate in Agile/Scrum and contribute to continuous implement of development process

Required qualifications :

4+ years of Hands on ServiceNow developer experience

Strong proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting

Experience with ServiceNow modules like ITSM, HRSD, custom scoped applications

Knowledge of integration techniques

Good to Have :

Experience with Service Portal

CIS-HR certification
