Position Overview: We're seeking a skilled NOC Analyst to join our infrastructure team. In this role, you'll monitor, maintain, and optimize network operations for our enterprise clients, ensuring maximum uptime and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor network performance and system availability 24/7

Identify and respond to network incidents and outages

Perform first-level troubleshooting of network issues

Manage and escalate tickets according to SLA requirements

Configure and maintain network monitoring tools

Create detailed technical documentation and reports

Coordinate with various IT teams for incident resolution

Participate in change management processes

Required Qualifications:

2+ years experience in NOC or similar IT operations role

Strong knowledge of:

Network protocols and infrastructure

Network monitoring tools

Ticketing systems

Basic Linux/Windows administration

IT service management (ITIL)

Experience with incident management and escalation

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Excellent communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Network certifications (CompTIA Network+, CCNA)

Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure)

Knowledge of automation tools

Experience in enterprise environments

Understanding of cybersecurity principles
