Our client, a trusted provider of energy services, is seeking an Oil & Gas Sales Coordinator for a temporary role with the potential to convert to a full-time position.
Assignment Length: 30 to 90 days (with potential for hire)
Location: North Houston
Compensation: $35/hr
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update bid tracking logs and estimating records
Monitor tender deadlines and send timely internal reminders
Organize and manage estimate files, drawings, and specifications
Provide administrative support to the sales and estimating teams
Help streamline sales support processes and communications
What We're Looking For:
5+ years of experience in a sales coordinator or support role—ideally within oil and gas, subsea, offshore, or manufacturing
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must-have
Strong attention to detail and time management
Ability to stay organized and meet tight deadlines independently
Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset
Preferred Experience:
Exposure to estimating, proposal coordination, or technical sales support
Background in the offshore energy or industrial services sector is a plus
