New Product Introduction – Operations Program Specialist
We are seeking an Operations Program Specialist to support new product launches.
The ideal candidate will manage materials for development builds, track orders and delivery timelines, handle BOM setup with OEMs, and ensure build readiness.
This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to handle shifting priorities, and excellent communication with engineering, procurement, and supplier teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Order, track, and manage materials for development builds.
Ensure on-time delivery of materials via procurement and suppliers.
Track and communicate changes to project plans.
Identify and resolve risks in material readiness and sourcing.
Create purchase requisitions and track invoices and goods receipts.
Work with OEMs on Bill of Materials (BOM) setup and FAI planning.
Required Skills:
3+ years in project management, operations, or supply chain.
Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business, Engineering, or Science).
Strong Excel skills.
Experience handling large data sets.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented.
Ability to adapt in fast-changing environments.
Nice to Have:
Experience with Agile or database tools.
International travel readiness (if needed).
