Process Engineer

POSITION IS LOCATED IN TULSA - 5K relocation bonus

The Senior Process Engineer is responsible for developing technical deliverables for industrial process systems, including system design, process parameters, equipment selection, and engineering calculations. The role supports projects in sectors such as midstream, gathering, gas treating, and oil and gas.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop process designs, calculations, and specifications for industrial facilities

Lead the development of process flow diagrams (PFDs), piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs), and system layouts

Direct and support drafters, designers, and engineers to meet project goals

Review and ensure the quality and accuracy of engineering work

Manage projects, create scopes of work, schedules, and work plans

Interface directly with clients to execute and develop projects

Participate in or lead process hazard analysis (PHA) and HAZOP studies

Develop proposals and provide project status reports

Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or related Engineering field

Extensive experience in process design, piping, chemical systems, and industrial operations

Strong understanding of mass flow, heat transfer, and pressure protection calculations

Proficiency with simulation tools such as UniSim, HYSYS, or ProMax

Ability to work independently and make informed engineering decisions

Skilled in identifying and addressing project performance issues proactively

Experience leading multidisciplinary teams (non-supervisory leadership)
