We are working with a law firm that are looking for a strong Tier 2 desktop engineer to work across a range of Infrastructure issues. Within this position, there is no room for 'That's not my job' & all team members are expected to work on any issue that arises across hardware, desktop, server or networking.
The ideal candidate will be experienced supporting solutions in an SMB environment and have experience working across a broad landscape. This is a role that will require someone be adaptable and versatile in their work, and someone who is willing to learn and grow.
Responsibilities:
Deploy & support Microsoft-centric systems
Image rollouts
Support infrastructure issues
Support senior engineers with complex projects
Requirements:
5+ years' desktop experience
Windows Server, AD, Exchange, SCCM, Intune
DNS, DHCP, LAN, WAN
White glove user support experience
