About the Role:
Client's Customer Service Technology is seeking talented Software Development Engineers who are passionate about creating customer-obsessed solutions that impact millions of customers globally.
We believe in optimizing for what's best for customers, our people, and the business – not what's easiest to execute.
As part of our engineering teams, you will develop innovative solutions leveraging state of the art technologies including machine learning, large language models, and artificial intelligence to reduce customer effort and deliver frictionless experiences.
Our mission is to preserve customer trust while relentlessly protecting customer data and building scalable solutions that empower our Customer Service Associates (CSAs) to treat every customer as a friend.
Key job responsibilities
Depending on your experience, interests and business needs, you will own the front-end, back-end, or full stack design and development of product features, building scale, efficiency, and differentiated customer experiences.
We’re looking for software engineers passionate about building software solutions end-to-end, have strong software development experience delivering at scale solutions, and systems design skills.
You should have a demonstrated ability delivering within a DevOps delivery model from scoping requirements, requirement analysis, design, development, test, CI/CD, security implementation, and operational excellence with the ability to work cross-functionally with Product Managers, business stakeholders and other tech teams through the actual launch of the project.
You should also have experience in communicating with users, other technical teams, and management to collect requirements, describe software product features, and technical designs.
Job Qualifications:
The ideal candidate is interested in a career in software development and is looking to utilize and expand their coding skills and gain exposure to a wide variety of software applications.
They must be detail oriented, have superior verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational skills, are able to work independently and can maintain professionalism under pressure.
Preferred coding skills: Java. And JavaScript and typescript.
Other desired technical skills include python.
AWS infrastructure experience. EC2, CloudWatch, lambda, networking side of AWS is required.
A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent degree is required
Minimum 3 years of SDE experience is required.
