Autonomy within your role Job Description

Overseeing scheduling, budgets, documentation, etc. of project from beginning to end

Work with the preconstruction team from conception to close out on projects

Oversee the management of successful construction projects

Prepare and analyze bids

Preparing reports on construction progress and cost for clients

Be client-facing and maintain the client relationship

Negotiate, award, and administer all subcontractors, purchase orders, and change orders on construction projects

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's Degree in Construction or Civil Engineering (preferred)

Experience managing complex projects

5+ years of experience preferred

Preconstruction experience

Proficient in ProCore, Bluebeam, CMIC

Interpersonal communication

Ability to adapt to ensure project success

Valid drivers license REQUIRED

Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Projects What's on Offer
