Title: Client Partnership Director (AI/ML)
Location: Remote – Central or East US / Toronto (Travel Required)

Description:
The Client Partnership Director will lead strategic client engagements, drive AI/ML business growth, and spearhead innovation initiatives in enterprise settings. This role requires expertise in AI, machine learning, and data-driven transformation, along with a strong consultative selling and business development background. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience implementing AI/ML solutions and a track record of building long-term client relationships in IT services.
Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strategic partnerships with enterprise clients.
Act as a trusted advisor, engaging executives in AI/ML transformation initiatives.
Business Development & Sales Strategy:
Identify and secure new business opportunities for AI and data solutions.
Expand service offerings for existing clients while driving revenue growth.
Collaborate with pre-sales and delivery teams to develop compelling proposals and solution roadmaps.
AI/ML Innovation & Thought Leadership:
Guide clients on AI/ML adoption, data modernization, and digital transformation strategies.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and successful delivery of AI/ML initiatives.
Stay informed on emerging AI/ML and data engineering trends, translating them into business opportunities.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:
Work closely with internal teams, including Data Science, Engineering, and Delivery, to drive project success.
Partner with marketing and alliances teams to execute strategic go-to-market initiatives.
Project Oversight & Execution Support:
Oversee high-impact AI/ML implementation projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
Provide executive-level reporting on project success, risks, and opportunities.
Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in IT services, consulting, or AI/ML solutions.
Hands-on experience with AI/ML implementation or consulting.
Proven track record in enterprise sales, business development, or strategic partnerships.
Deep understanding of AI/ML technologies, data engineering, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
Experience working with Fortune 500 clients and engaging C-level stakeholders.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
Compensation:
Salary: $98k-$140k per year
