Civil Designer

Job Classification: Professional - Eastridge Industry: Real Estate Job Category: General Management The Civil Designer is responsible for drafting, editing and preparing various documents and design solutions to support the Engineering, Real Estate, Legal and Construction departments that drive RaceTrac's C-store development.

This individual provides support for in-house staff and outside consultants that prepare or manage the detailed engineering and legal processes associated with acquisition, disposition and/or development of commercial real estate.
