Chick-fil-A Easton Town Center is seeking highly motivated, hungry, smart and humble

As a Talent Director, you will be a vital part of the leadership team, responsible for managing and enhancing the recruitment, onboarding, and talent development processes for our restaurant. Set the tone for the fun, family environment in our restaurant

Restaurant Operations

Serve in operational roles over peak meal periods at the restaurant, assisting with dining room hospitality, order taking, order fulfillment and preparation

Qualifications

· Be at least 18 years of age

· Outgoing and professional

· Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule

· Full time availability

· Strong skills in the areas of coaching, training, customer service, organization and planning
