Schedule: M-F 8a-5p
Setting: Community Health Center
Scope of Work: Types of cases: routine optometry primary care, diabetic retinal screening, vision test, providing eye glass prescription, and contact fitting Procedures: SLIT LAMP evaluation, foreign body removal, and tonometry. All ages 10-12 PPD- 1 MA support staff
Requirements: MO licensed, BLS
